Talent gets an athlete on the field. What happens after a bad call, a benching, or a rough week at school is a different skill set. EQOS measures that skill set across nine EQ skills, scored from how the athlete actually behaves, then delivers a personalized 13-page report written directly to them, in their language, about their world. About 15 minutes to complete.
Most sports psychology aimed at teenagers is a poster on a wall. This is a mirror.
EQOS scores nine distinct emotional intelligence skills from the athlete’s own answers about what they actually do, not what they believe they should do. Then it reads their underlying pattern, the wiring that explains why the same situation lands so differently for two teammates standing side by side. The result is a report that names how this specific athlete competes, connects, and recovers, and what to practice next.
Written at their reading level, in their world: practice, class, teammates, parents, and the group chat. No corporate language. No personality-test jargon.

Drive gets its own page in the report, because how hard an athlete pushes and where that push comes from are two different questions. An athlete running on love of competing and one running on worry about failing can post the same score and need opposite coaching.
Delivered by email within minutes of finishing.
The report goes to the athlete. If they are under 18, it goes to a parent or guardian at the same time. That is set at the start of the assessment, and taking it requires a parent or guardian to be aware and okay with it.
Coaches never receive an individual athlete’s results. Not their scores, not their pattern. What an athlete says here stays between them, this report, and the parent copy.
The point is a conversation, not a verdict. Nothing in the report predicts performance, ranks the athlete against anyone, or hands them a label. It describes tendencies, in conditional language, and hands them something to work on.
Secure checkout takes two minutes. The access code arrives by email.
About 15 minutes in one focused sitting. Answer honestly. Progress saves automatically, so it is fine to stop and come back.
It lands in the inbox shortly after finishing, and for athletes under 18, in a parent’s inbox too.
One assessment. One report. A clearer picture of how they compete, and what to practice next, than a stat line will ever give you.
